Terms & Conditions Relating to Client Proposals

 

These Terms & Conditions only apply if you have received a quote/proposal from digiSTYL Marketing cc.

In the context of this document the terms “the client” refer to the company stated on the proposal.

 

If you have any questions on these terms please e-mail nikki@digistyl.co.za.

 

 

·         If you have contracted a once-off service from digiSTYL Marketing, such as a single email campaign; you will be invoiced upon launch of the campaign.  Payment terms are COD

 

·         If you have contracted a once-off service from digiSTYL Marketing, such as a website; you will be invoiced before the website is uploaded to the live server.  Full and final settlement of the invoice is required before the website will be uploaded

 

·         If you have contracted for an advertising campaign, such as Search Engine Optimisation project; an initial payment for the Basic SEO will be required before work commences.  If there is monthly maintenance required, payment is required in advance per month 

 

·         digiSTYL Marketing shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from, or in any way connected with the clients use of our reports, products, consultation meetings or any information contained or derived from them.  This includes, without limitation, any damage for loss of profits, loss of information, or any other monetary loss

 

·         digiSTYL Marketing will always act in the best interests of the client

 

·         digiSTYL Marketing cannot be liable for poor performance if the client does not carry out all of the recommendations and advice given to the client by digiSTYL Marketing, either written or verbal

 

·         Any case studies, examples, illustrations given by digiSTYL Marketing in any document or webpage cannot guarantee that you will achieve similar results.  In fact, your results may vary significantly and factors such as your market, website and many other circumstances may cause results to differ
